Master Licensing Expansion Model

International Marketing Systems (IMS), sister corporation of N’Orleans To Go™, has several decades of senior management experience in the licensing arena. IMS has developed licensing systems as well as support programs for retail networks in over sixty countries worldwide.

This extensive experience and exposure has given IMS the ability to craft the best possible expansion model that will most directly benefit the N’Orleans To Go™ end user—the independent retailer, investor and entrepreneur.

N’Orleans To Go™ expansion model focuses on one essential ingredient that most licensed concepts and all major oil companies neglect to accomplish: We make sure that communications and connections with our operators reach the “ground level” as efficiently and consistently as possible.

Like any licensed retail concept, N’Orleans To Go™ will not reach its optimal potential if its concept, vision and cultural operating philosophies do not constantly and effectively involve front-line owner/operators. This calls for assuring that connections in the field—where the operation functions with consumers—are maximized.

Master Licensing, a key foundation element of the concept, assures N’Orleans To Go™ that it will have entrepreneurial, local market area representation always supporting the local retail facility network. Master Licensees will be contracted to market, communicate with and support the licensee entrepreneurs in their trading areas. Master Licensees are independent, entrepreneurial support centers responsible by contract to perform. Consequently, the Master Licensee support centers are the central nervous system of the N’Orleans To Go™ concept and the visionary insurance policy that assures connections and communications will always persevere.
